At just 19 years old, Kai founded Kai’s Pressure Kleaning with a simple mission: to help homes in Asheville, NC look their absolute best. Growing up surrounded by the charm of local neighborhoods, Kai noticed how time and nature could dull even the most beautiful homes. One day, while helping his grandfather clean a weathered deck, he saw the transformation a pressure washer could create—and an idea was born.
With a few hundred dollars in savings and a secondhand washer, Kai started knocking on doors, offering to clean driveways, fences, siding, and more. But this wasn’t just about earning money—it was about pride. Pride in making a difference. Pride in bringing homes back to life.
